I’m Mirah, Personal Trainer since 2019, Dance instructor, bodybuilding specialist, and strength & conditioning coach. I’ve spent years deepening my knowledge, earning certifications, and currently pursuing my nutritionist license to bring a well-rounded approach to fitness and health.
But more importantly, I’ve been where you are. I’ve struggled with weight loss, felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and had to learn how to rebuild my body and mind from the ground up. That personal experience is what drives me to help others—not just through coaching, but through real, honest education.
I believe that fitness shouldn’t be a luxury. It’s not just for people with money, gym memberships, or access to personal trainers. Everyone deserves to have clear, evidence-based information—especially in a world flooded with social media myths and quick fixes.
