My Story
Hey there!
My name is Mirah, and I’m a certified personal trainer, dance instructor, and content creator with a mission to help others reconnect with their strength inside out.
My journey with sports started when I was just 6 years old; My parents enrolled me in rhythmic gymnastics, and that lit a fire in me. From there, I explored swimming, basketball, and of course, dance, building not only my athleticism but also my love for movement and discipline. For a long time, fitness and performance were at the heart of my life.
But life has a way of throwing curveballs.
At one point, I was diagnosed with a severe mental health issue. It shook me to my core and took a toll on everything I had worked so hard, for not just my mental peace, but also the fit, confident body I had always known.
But rock bottom taught me how strong I really am.
I turned to fitness again, but this time it was not for aesthetics, but for healing. I began to rebuild. I trained. I danced. I studied. And I learned how powerful it is to show up for yourself, even when your mind is loud and your energy is low.
Now, I help others do the same!
